As a new client of  Bridle Trail Veterinary Clinic in Unionville, ON you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.

  1. Arrival
    When you arrive for your appointment, expect a warm welcome from our team. We'll promptly escort you to an examination room as soon as one becomes available. Your pet's care is our priority, and we strive to make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible.
  2. Medical History
    Upon arrival, one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians will attend to you and your pet first. They will take a comprehensive history and gather initial information for the veterinarian. This ensures that we have all the necessary details to provide the best care for your pet during their visit.
  3. Examination
    During your appointment, the veterinarian will conduct a thorough examination of your pet from head to tail. Any medications or vaccines that were previously discussed will be administered as necessary. Additionally, the veterinarian will devise a plan for any further treatments or diagnostics that may be required based on their findings during the examination. Your pet's health and well-being are our top priorities, and we will ensure that they receive the best possible care during their visit.
  4. Wrap Up
    After the examination and any necessary treatments or diagnostics, the veterinarian will meet with you to discuss their findings and provide further educational information. They will also address any routine wellness and care questions you may have regarding your pet. Our client care specialists will assist with billing and schedule any needed follow-up appointments to ensure your pet's continued health and well-being. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
